'QuietCourtyard' was born from a vision: to offer genuine Naples-style pizza in Via Milano 12. The venture of the Rossi family in 1985, our little pizzeria was a quaint, family-operated spot, with recipes passed down for generations.
Our trailblazer, Marco Rossi, mastered pizza craft throughout her Italian voyage, especially in Naples, the cradle of pizza. Back in the UK, her mission was to replicate authentic Italian pizza with time-honored craft and stellar ingredients.
From humble beginnings as a 12-seat eatery, we’ve grown into a cherished local landmark. However, we’ve steadfastly upheld our devotion to authenticity and quality, still employing classic wood-oven techniques, preparing our dough fresh each day, and procuring premium ingredients.
Still in the hands of the original family, with the next generation of the Rossi at the helm, we maintain a fervent team. While modern innovations have been welcomed, our mission endures: crafting delicious, genuine pizzas that unite patrons.
